MAKING A PAYMENT
  • Once you’ve made the payment, please reply and state the following details:
    • Date of Payment
    • Time of Payment
    • Amount Paid
    • Which bank account
  • Alternatively, if you made the payment via online banking, you can capture a screen shot of the payment receipt and send it on top on your confirmation email.
  • Please forward your payment ASAP. All orders are on a first come first serve basis. Please do not back out on your orders, we really do not want to put you on our blacklist.


SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS


  • Once we’ve received your payment, we will respond to your email and advise you on the estimated delivery date. 
  • Sit back and relax while your order is being shipped to you. You can also track your parcel online.
  • Please ensure someone is present at the address you have provided to wait for the arrival of your parcel. Otherwise, the courier agent will leave you a note for you to collect it at the post office.

PRODUCT:
  • Every product is carefully checked to ensure its quality and condition first before it is shipped out. Hence, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred during the delivery of the parcel to you.
  • Please check the contents of the parcel before you sign receipt for it. In the event any items are damaged or missing, please ensure you report this to us via email within 24 hours after you have received the parcel.

REFUND POLICY
  • We do not accept any refunds of products sold. Full refund is only applicable when the products you have ordered and paid for is no longer in stock.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange is allowed only when there are major defects
  • You will need to inform us of the defects upon receipt of product within 24 hours. Please provide photos of defects upon our request.
    • All shipping charges (returns and delivery) are to be borne by the buyer and is not reimbursable.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • Upon receipt of payment, no cancellation or changing of order will be entertained.

DELIVERY TIME
